Management Team              

At Investco Oil and Gas, Inc., our management team
has over 60 years of combined experience in the Oil Field. There are many multifaceted
skill sets necessary to successfully create and implement a Field Redevelopment
plan. Understanding the correlation between formation characteristics, wellbore
schematics and, production facilities designs and limitations are just a few of
the competencies required to truly make an EOR project perform at its optimum
level.  One of the most overlooked
dynamics that determine the success level of an operating company is the
ability to control costs. Investco Oil and Gas, Inc. intends to use its affiliate
Prime Development Company (Project Manager) for contracted workover rigs and
associated services dedicated to the project. Our ability to internally perform
much of the servicing work helps minimize downtime in the field.  Having a strong availability for workover rigs
and many other specialized tools and pieces of equipment at our immediate
disposal will be a key contributor to our collective success.  Simply put, less down time equates to lower
expenses and higher revenues.
